My stay at the hotel was totally okay and what I expected. The location was convenient, near malls, metro station, and the market making our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was still supportive despite some staff having a lazy and forgetting attitude. The dining experience was okay with a small buffet and cooked-to-order options, but could use more choices. However, the hotel is at the 4th floor of another building which was a little inconvenient. The facilities were up-to standards, but there is room for improvement.
The hotel boasts a prime location near City Walk Mall and Max Hospital, offering easy access to markets and necessities. The rooms are equipped for one adult, comfortable, and feature good TV channels, although the spread for breakfast may not meet expectations. The service received is exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. The location is also praised for being near the impressive Qutub Minar and close to heavy traffic areas.
